Hand-picked grapes (70% Corvina Veronese, 20% Rondinella, 5% Sangiovese and 5% Molinara.) dried on grates in the cellar.The grapes are small and the skins thick, so yields are low. Then only pressed and fermented.Long-term wood aging enhances the intense aroma and flavor of the grapes. Harmonious, concentrated, thick in the glass and sultry in the nose. Wonderful dinner wine.This wine is included in the list of the hundred best wines of the year!
