Zenato Ripassa della Valpolicella DOC

Cuvée from Zenato in Veneto, Italy. A complex deep red wine made from 3 typical Italian grape varieties: 80% Corvina Veronese, 10% Rondinella, 10% Sangiovese. The must from the dried amarone grapes is mixed with theValpolicella wine creating a 2nd fermentation. This gives the wine extra complexity, more body, extra power and width. It also has an intense bouquet of red and black fruits. A full round wine with long finish.
