To which countries do we ship

We deliver to most countries within the EU. The costs and delivery times for each country are given below. Our wines are fragile and are packaged very well to prevent damage. Shipments are also insured for damage and loss. Shipping costs abroad are updated regularly. So you can see this current cost during checkout.

Then this. If you are going to receive a parcel via a parcel delivery service, we will send you a message with a track & trace code from the parcel delivery service. This message contains a link to various options to change your delivery. Consider a drop-off permission or having it dropped off at a neighbour’s house. If you choose drop permission, you give the parcel delivery driver permission to drop only that specific parcel at a safe place near your home or to deliver it to your neighbours. For this, you, the consumer, give permission to the parcel deliverer. At that point, Global Wineries will no longer be responsible for any damages whatsoever. Any resulting costs such as additional shipping costs, return costs, damage and compensation to the shipped goods for an incomplete and therefore unsellable product will be borne by you as the responsible consumer.

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times within the Netherlands

We charge shipping costs because we do our utmost to package, ship and deliver our fragile products to you as well and safely as possible. Each product is also checked beforehand.

Delivery times Netherlands:

  • Delivery within 2 to 4 working days. If this does not succeed for reasons such as (stock exhausted, delivery from winery not received on time), we will let you know immediately and there is the possibility of undoing the purchase.

Shipping costs Netherlands:

  • Shipping costs for 1 to 11 bottles € 8
  • Shipping costs 12 bottles or more free of charge
  • Free pick-up in Amsterdam Slotervaart or Amstelveen is possible by appointment. If you choose this shipping option during checkout, you will be contacted for a pick-up appointment after the order is placed.

  • Delivery within 3 to 8 working days.

Points of attention on delivery

We take the utmost care in shipping and delivering our products to the delivery address provided.

  • To ensure the best delivery, we recommend you provide a mobile phone number where the person taking delivery can be reached on the day of delivery. This way, we or the driver can let you know exactly what time we will arrive and you can prepare for delivery. If we deliver ourselves, we will call +/- 30 minutes in advance
  • Always have someone present at the agreed time to take the order
  • Indicate well in advance if there are any situations that could complicate delivery, making access to the delivery address less easy or impossible
  • As soon as your order is registered with the external carrier or parcel service, you will receive one or more track & trace numbers via e-mail
  • If the parcel may be delivered to neighbours; please notify in advance. This can often be done through the parcel delivery service.
  • Always check the offered order for damage. If these are made to the packaging and thus possibly the contents you should take photos and ask for a signature from the driver. This is very important in any warranty process
