Lozarn Sebastian Chardonnay

Lozarn Sebastian Chardonnay from Robertson, South Africa. Lots of notes of citrus in the nose that are joined by pineapple, dried lemon zest and a hint of caramel fudge. Medium to full body with fine and balanced acidity and a pleasant dose of wood provide a slightly oily finish that lingers nicely. With pork, oily fish, vegetarian and poultry.

Chardonnay, the grape of white Burgundy and Champagne, is planted all over the world. Delivers good to very good wine with a full, dry taste. Chardonnay is a grape that does not have a clear character, which depends on the terroir (soil and climate) and the method of wine making. Chardonnay lends itself very well to maturing in wooden barrels.
