Baldovar Canada Paris

Baldovar Canada Paris Merseguera from Valencia, Spain. In the glass, this wine has a soft straw colour with golden reflections. On the nose, aromas of ripe lemon, green apricots, grapefruit and blood oranges stand out. Aeration of the wine creates an iodised mineral veil that seals the fruit. The palate is very friendly and fresh, with impressive fluidity! The flavours of citrus and fine pastry are very clear and persistent. A velvety and intense acidity is outstanding, generating the impetus to repeat sips without getting tired. The finish is delicate and long with citrus and mineral notes, perfectly closing the nose with the aftertaste. It is a wine that goes very well with fresh oysters, ceviche fish, coastal salted fish and steamed clochinas.

Merseguera is a typical Spanish white grape, which is widely cultivated in the Levante region (along the eastern Mediterranean coast of Spain), where the grape can produce pleasant, softly fresh, slightly fruity wines.
