Bocca Di Lupo Pietrabianca DOC Bio. Chardonnay, Fiano from Puglia Italy. A typical Mediterranean wine characterised by sultry notes of citrus, pineapple and acacia blossom, surmounted by a balanced woodiness. With a slight minerality, this white wine provides a surprising and fresh experience. A special combination of Chardonnay and Fiano Pugliese that was fermented in wooden barrels and then rested for another year in bottle. Chardonnay provides the full and buttery structure. Fiono Pugliese, in turn, guarantees a perfumed touch. This wine was grown organically and in a process that avoided chemicals and pesticides. A nice wine to accompany baked fish with a creamy sauce, and certainly with veal with a fine sauce.
