The Garnacha is a true Mediterranean grape that is addicted to the heat. The grape variety continues to follow the sun, regularly changing its name.

The vine is resistant to all kinds of diseases. The grape has a thin skin with little pigment. The grape prefers poor and dry soils with many (pebble) stones. Little tannin and sensitive to oxidation, so this is not a wine to keep. The Garnacha wines are characterized by a very fruity, almost sweet taste in which blackberries, cherry, kirsch, coffee, cocoa, figs and some pepper can be discovered. They contain little acid.
