The nose has aromas of cherries and blackcurrants that are joined by spicy notes such as pepper and clove. The palate is supple with immediate freshness and lightness. Very pleasant flavours of fruit. The finish is nicely developed. Can be drunk lightly chilled. Delicious with roast pork and marinated chicken, with all kinds of tapenades.
