Malbec by Maal from Mendoza Argentina. There is no oak involved. It is fermented in old cement vessels without adding yeast or correcting acidity. The essence is represented by the butterfly inside the cocoon, and only person who sees inside it can appreciate its beauty. Malbec: grown mainly in Bordeaux and southwestern France. The wines from this grape are characterised by intense and earthy fruit on the nose, combined with a soft, also earthy and spicy taste. The malbec shows a strong tendency to coulure, which results in a small harvest. Also called cot.
