Muscat by Torres from Catalunya, Spain. Rich, exuberant wine with fragrant rose undertones and hints of pear, peach and citrus. Slightly sweet flavours at the end that are offset by fresh acidity.
The wine was fermented and the alcohol extracted. Unlike many other non-alcoholic wines, this wine is complex and has delicate flavours and aromas. It is a tasty alternative to an alcoholic aperitif and a good accompaniment to summer salads.
