Bright yellow color, with golden reflections, ripe and sweet white fruits, hints of jam, spices, wild herbs; warm, citrus notes, fresh with good acidity, persistent and unique. White wine from old vines of the gentle slopes (Costers) Fermented in new French oak barrels at a controlled temperature between 16 and 18 degrees Celsius.
