Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Shiraz by De Guado al Tasso from Bolgheri Italy. This is the flagship Bolgheri wine of the legendary Antinori family. This unique red wine exudes nuances of ripe red and black currant fruit and dark chocolate, complemented by spicy roasted aromas and aromatic Arabica coffee. In the mouth, it is delightful with its complexity and balance, elegance and straightforwardness, excellent structure with soft tannins. The very long finish is in harmony with the aromas and gives a pleasant aftertaste.This fantastic wine goes particularly well with refined red and white meats such as roast beef and vitello tonato. The fresh sauce with roast beef and the tonato are balanced with its crispness.
