Opus One Wineries Opus One from Napa Valley, USA. A joint creation of Mondavi and Rothschild from 1979, today one of the top wines in the world. 18 months barrique, almost enchanting aromas such as toasted almonds, hints of anise and caramel and on the palate aromas of dried fruit. On the palate vanilla and something of mint, the finish imposing with wonderful toast aromas. 84% Cabernet Sauvignon, 6% Merlot, 5% Cabernet Franc, 3% Malbec and 2% Petit Verdot.
