Important flavor notes are jasmine blossom, combined with nuances of apple sorbet, lychee and vanilla. According to the jury of the Great Taste Award 2023, the tea has been praised for its “beautiful light color, exceptional scent of jasmine, lychee and vanilla” and “unique and layered with fruity undertones and a creamy undercurrent of vanilla.” In opinions of users and experts, the nose is described as highly perfumed (jasmine), with floral scent, hints of freshly cut pear, soft tannins and a light, floral sweetness – mouthfeel dry and elegant, with vibrant bubbles.

The green tea is picked by hand and comes from one specific region, which ensures character and purity. The tea is cold brewed for 24 hours. This extracts the most delicate and complex aromatic flavors without bitterness. After brewing, the tea is balanced on sweet and sour levels, after which bubble formation is added to enhance the taste. The green tea comes from the Fuding Big White Leaf variety, harvested in the mountains (approximately 500 m altitude). The jasmine blossoms are picked manually, placed on the tea leaves in the afternoon until they open and release their scent; this process is repeated several nights until the aroma is perfect.
