Fermented Tea from Acala from Lithuania. The texture of this alcohol-free Sparkling Tea is velvety soft and well defined. The taste is rich and complex, with a solid base of blueberries and blackcurrants, subtly supplemented with floral and oaky aromas. The whole evokes the elegance of a Pinot Noir-like red wine, with earthy Pu-erh notes reminiscent of Burgundy. In short: intensely berry, floral, with a hint of oak—a refined experience rather than a simple fruit drink.

Selection of organic ingredients: including blueberries, blackcurrants, aronia and various teas such as Pu-erh, hibiscus, fireweed and Assam. The tea leaves are prepared with spring water in a traditional manner—sometimes even over an open fire—to extract maximum flavor. The tea ferments based on a living kombucha culture (medusomyces gisevi). this fermented tea is aged in oak barrels, stainless steel tanks, and glass barrels—sometimes accompanied by music! the fermentation drink is mixed with fresh tea, herbs, flowers and natural juices. Ultimately, the bottled sparkling tea matures further in a cool, dark cellar, similar to the method used for fine wines. The entire process takes more than half a year
