Fermented Tea from Acala from Lithuania. the Spritz Style opens with fresh notes of blood orange, grapefruit peel and red berries, followed by subtle spicy nuances. fruity and spicy, but not (too) sweet — rather refined and complex.

A masterful blend of two high-quality teas (such as hibiscus and fireweed) is brewed over an open fire to extract maximum flavor. This tea ferments for 4 to 6 months in a combination of stainless steel tanks, oak barrels and glass jars, thanks to a living kombucha-like culture. The matured fermented tea is mixed with freshly brewed tea, herbs and flowers. A fine mousse is then added for sparkle before the drink is bottled. After bottling, the sparkling tea matures further in a cool, dark cellar, which ensures additional development of aromas and complexity.
