Bodegas Resalte de Penafiel Vendimia Selectionada, Tempranillo uit Ribera del Douro, Spanje. De Resalte Vendimia Seleccionada is 100% Tempranillo. The wine has temperature-controlled fermentation on stainless steel and a 4-month aging on inox cuves and then 3 months on new barrels of French oak. Beautiful nose of ripe black fruit and a powerful palate with notes of toffee, chocolate and vanilla.
