Carignan from Dosterras of Catalonia, Spain. Several vineyards with different soil structures are the main characteristics of Montsant Winery: Sandy (acidity); Clay (elegant and structured wines); Granite (acidity and freshness); Slate (minerality). 70-year-old vines planted in terraces on the north wall. Fermentation is done in 17,700-liter stainless steel tanks. For 25 days with daily monitoring.. Maturation of wine is done in 300 litters of French oak barrels for 16 months.
