Genium Cellar Ecologic. Cuvee from Priorat, Spain. The jammy, cheesy aromas of this wine transition into raisins and plums. It’s syrupy and flat on the palate, with stewed black plum and berry flavors sinking into the smooth, tired finish.

Made exclusively from a 3 hectare organic vineyard, certified by the Catalan Agricultural Production Council.

Raïms: 50% Garnatxa, 25% Carinyena, 25% Merlot

The grape is subjected to a preliminary fermentation for 48 hours, followed by fermentation at a controlled temperature between 24 °C and 26 °C in small stainless steel tanks, and macerated for a period of 25 days. Aging in French roure pots from Allier, 50% new and 50% d’1, for 12 months.
