Padró & Co. Vermouth Rojo Amargo

Vermouth by Padró & Co from Catalonia, Spain This vermouth is made from the Macabeo and Xarello grapes. After the first winter following the harvest, a little sugar and spice combination is added to the wine. The result is a beautiful basic vermouth that is preserved in 50-year-old chestnut barrels. The aroma is very expressive with aromas of sweet spices, particularly cinnamon and cloves. Hints of candied fruit. The taste is creamy and fresh, reminiscent of some bitter Mediterranean herbs. The alcohol content is 18%.
