Bodegas Hnos del Villar Valdelapinta Verdejo

Verdejo from Bodegas Hnos del Villar of Rueda, Spain. Fine aromas of tropical fruit (melon and passion fruit), with many green tones, like grass and boxwood. Very fruity and pleasant wine with a soft and clean finish.

I like to serve pasta vongole with this, with extra roasted garlic, chipotle pepper and parsley ( and if you like it, add fresh cilantro too). Of course with the wine generously quenched, and lightly boiled down. Top with deep-fried dry (on salt) capers
