The wine comes from Ribera Del Duero where Tempranillo grapes ripen under the influence of the Spanish sun. The Atlantic Ocean provides moderate temperatures that give this wine structure and character. After the fermentation process, it matures for five more months in oak. With red meat, dried ham, cheese and fine pate.
