The taste is packed with fruit with recurring citrus and lime. The very balanced finish is dry with a mineral undertone. Recommended with: Light dishes with Crustaceans and/or Shellfish and Asian dishes. Riesling is a very noble grape variety that originates in Germany. The grape is still widely planted here.
